Menachem Revivi

For the past twenty-five years, Menachem Revivi has been a leader in Israeli and Jewish Communal affairs and is recognized for his expertise in the areas of Jewish education and Israel-Diaspora relations. Most recently, he was the Director of the North American Region Mission for the Jewish Agency and Education Delegate to North America. Prior to his shlichut to New York, Mr. Revivi was Founding Director of the United Israel Office of the UJC, a position he held for eight years.

Menachem Revivi served as a community shallach in Bergen County, and later became the Youth and Hechalutz Department Representative (World Zionist Organization/Jewish Agency) to the United Kingdom. Mr. Revivi was subsequently appointed Director General of the Youth and Hechalutz Department, a position he held for eight years. Mr. Revivi has held the positions of Director of the Division of Human Resource Development for the senior civil service in Israel, under the aegis of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) and Executive Director for the World Confederation of Jewish Communities.

Menachem Revivi received his BA in psychology and sociology from Bar Ilan University in Israel and his master's degree in educational psychology from New York University.
